*Special Note: This Program Manager would be leading our Intensive Support Residence (ISR) also know as ESIL. This leadership role REQUIRES a candidate with significantly enhanced knowledge/skills/experience related to the provided service for individuals with serious mental illness and/or addiction issues.

The Program Manager ensures the overall effectiveness of one or more Karis Disability Services locations. They seek to promote and model Karis Disability Services’ Service Principles by enhancing relationships, promoting citizenship, valuing people’s gifts, recognizing self-determination, encouraging growth and development, and recognizing the need for holistic supports in a manner that considers each person’s intrinsic value.
