Program Therapist (Outpatient) – Evenings Lake Behavioral Hospital – Waukegan, IL Full‐time, Monday–Thursday 11am – 9pm. Salary $60,000 – $66,000 plus a $2,000 sign‐on bonus. Responsibilities Perform social services functions, including basic consultation, teaching, and specialized clinical social work services for patients and families. Deliver crisis intervention, short‐term and long‐term family therapy, and support for patients' bio‐psychosocial needs. Formulate and conduct educational, therapeutic, and support groups in person or virtually. Communicate effectively with patients, families, the health‐care team, and community providers regarding patient status and progress. Interact with community agencies in patient assessment and service delivery. Provide liaison and referral services to community agencies.
