TRANS Family Services is a non‑profit organization providing social services since 1979. We have 6 centres across Singapore providing services supporting families in need. TRANS FOCUS Active Ageing Centre, located at Bukit Timah is a centre that promotes elder wellness and active ageing.

We are looking for individuals who are excellent team players, passionate about making a difference in the lives of seniors and to help them age in place.

The role of the Programme Associate/Executive of TRANS FOCUS Active Ageing Centre will assist in the daily operations of the centre. This incumbent will help to develop and implement a host of programmes promoting active ageing in the community. He/she is expected to actively outreach and engage seniors who may be socially isolated in the community.
