Programme Manager

Responsibilities: Build and maintain the integrated programme plan across Control Tower, EUC and Collaboration workstreams. Run delivery cadence - daily syncs, weekly status, monthly governance - and maintain RAID with active escalation. Track financials and resource burn against the LoE surface variances early with options. Drive cross-workstream dependencies and critical path own gate reviews (G1 Design, G2 Pilot Exit, G3 Programme Close). Partner with the PMO resource to maintain status dashboards, financials and stakeholder reporting. Manage onboarding, offboarding and access for the company and partner resources. Required skills: Minimum 5 years as Programme Manager / Senior Delivery Manager on multi-workstream IT transformations. Demonstrable successful delivery of at least one complex, global End User transformation programme in a regulated industry end-to-end.
