Programme Officer- Monitoring and Reporting (GEF and GCF)

JOB DESCRIPTION

Under the supervision of the Director Multilateral Finance Unit, and working closely with the Portfolio Managers and Senior Finance Officer, the Programme Officer will undertake the following responsibilities:

1) Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E)

- Support pipeline and portfolio monitoring and prepare dashboards for the GEF and GCF, and relevant presentations.
- Compile portfolio performance data and progress against indicators, identifying implementation gaps, risks, and corrective actions.
- Draft and consolidate high-quality internal and donor reports, including coordination and inputs to GEF Project Implementation Reports (PIRs) and GCF Annual Performance Reports (APRs).
- Provide review and technical inputs to indicator development, baselines, and targets in line with results-based management principles.
