Key Responsibilities

1. Project Development and Design: Lead and support the development of project concepts, concept notes, proposals, logframes, implementation plans, and budgets in line with CBM and donor requirements; identify potential implementing partners and support partner selection processes; contribute to fundraising efforts through proposal development and donor engagement; support partner due diligence, organisational capacity assessments, and onboarding; facilitate project start‑up activities, including kick‑off workshops, partner orientation, and introduction to CBM systems, tools, and reporting requirements.
2. Partnership Management and Capacity Strengthening: Maintain strong working relationships with implementing partners, OPDs, government institutions, and other key stakeholders; support partners in project planning, implementation, monitoring, and reporting; identify capacity gaps and develop capacity‑strengthening plans; organise and faci...
