Programmer / CNC Set up Lead Operator

Job Description As a member of the CAD/CAM team, you will be an active contributor to the factory volume ramp and standardization efforts.
Responsibilities Generate and maintain CNC programs utilizing NX‑CAM or other software.
Include multi‑axis milling, turning, grinding, and/or EDM programs.
Verify new CNC programs prior to release on the shop floor using Vericut.
Provide CNC related support to Manufacturing Engineers and offer operator training during new or rebuilt machine startup and process improvements.
Provide daily operator support in CNC programming and troubleshooting.
Support and implement tooling and fixturing requirements for CNC machine tools.
Generate workstation instructions (methods) for CNC related issues.
Initiate and lead process improvement projects to enhance safety, quality, cost and delivery.
Communicate effectively with team members when needed.
