CNC Programmer
POSITION SUMMARY
The incumbent is responsible for developing and optimizing programs for CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machines, including EDM (Electrical Discharge Machining), milling, and turning operations. The role ensures efficient, safe, and high-quality production while respecting established manufacturing standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Read, analyze, and interpret technical specifications for tools and parts to be programmed using electronic and/or paper documentation provided by engineering, design, or other departments.
- Establish machining processes and routing according to company standards and procedures.
- Develop EDM programs adapted to raw materials and manufacturing requirements in order to optimize part machining.
