Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver and improve aquatic services
• Recruit and coach aquatic staff
• Coordinate program scheduling and payroll
• Maintain compliance with safety policies
• Address member inquiries with professionalism
Requirements:
• Current National Lifeguard & Airway Management certification
• Lifesaving and Swim for Life Instructors certification
• 3-5 years in a senior aquatic position
