Be our next Project Administrator – Halifax
We are seeking an individual who is excited to participate with an established Design team and be a part of the Buildings Group, based in Halifax, Nova Scotia. This position will assist the Project Manager on various project administrative duties for large Architectural projects.
Responsibilities
- Attend and take minutes at Client and User group meetings
- Assist staff with client presentations, meetings and travel scheduling
- Perform and maintain Document Control
- Maintain and organize document files
- Provide Administrative support during all design phases of Architectural projects
- Perform any other Administrative duties and responsibilities as required
Qualifications
- 5+ years working in Administration
- Experience in the Architectural & Engineering industry
