Responsibilities:

• Address tenant needs and requests promptly, ensuring efficient resolution and exceptional customer service.

• Generate and manage work orders for vendors and building engineers, following up to confirm issues are resolved.

• Utilize Yardi and accounting software to assist tenants with inquiries regarding rent statements and operating expenses.
