PROJECT CO-ORDINATOR

An established waterproofing and repainting contractor requires a Project Co-ordinator with following job description and requirements: Attend to all relevant administration and documentation for the projects Attend site meetings Liaise with clients, foremen and sub-contractors Project planning, eg: project schedule, risk managment and etc Handling progressive reports and claims Certificate or diploma in Building relevant field preferred Good interpersonal and communication skills Class 3 driver's license or motorcycle license preferred
