Overview

We are seeking a site-based Commerical Contract Manager! for overall management of a project contract during the pre-construction and execution phases. This position will be responsible for administration of EPC contracts in conjunction with project leadership, including risk identification and management during project execution, providing input during pre-construction activities and negotiations as required, and for coordinating directly with the site leadership, Commercial, and Legal teams to pro-actively monitor and manage contractual terms, draft notices, and coordinate change order administration.
