Project Control Manager

About the Role:

This is a highly visible, hands-on leadership role supporting Tesla’s infrastructure projects, including large facilities and data centers. You’d own schedule and budget in an EPC environment, lead a project controls team, and partner closely with engineering and construction to deliver aggressive timelines.

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or Construction Management, related fields or equivalent. Master’s degree in any business, finance, economics or engineering a bonus

· 7+ years of experience on commercial, large scale industrial and/or manufacturing construction projects.

· Proven experience in project controls, with a track record of successfully managing and executing full life cycle commercial and/or industrial projects.

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
