Variance Reporting: Identifies discrepancies between planned and actual costs, analyzing the causes and reporting on cost performance. Project Scheduling and Monitoring
Baseline Management: Develops and maintains the project schedule baseline. Progress Tracking: Tracks project milestones and activities to ensure timely delivery. Critical Path Analysis: Monitors critical path tasks to identify potential delays. Risk and Change Management
