Project Controls Mgr

Project Controls Mgr needs 5+ years' Technical expertise in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical systems, BAS, CMMS/QFM.

Project Controls Mgr requires:

• Technical expertise in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical systems, BAS, CMMS/QFM.
• Strong leadership and workforce management for union and non-union staff.
• Excellent organization, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with regulatory compliance, QA/QC, safety management, and contract administration.
• Proven experience in facility/project controls management in large, unionized environments such as transportation hubs, stations, hospitals, or large commercial building
• CMMS/BAS experience and a strong understanding of building systems and regulatory frameworks.
• FMP (Facility Management Professional), PMP (Project Management Professional) or LEED.
• Experience with safety enforcement, documentation, and incident management preferred.
