Project Coordinator I

Our client, a Software company, is looking for a Project Coordinator I for their Remote location. Responsibilities:

+ Proactively monitor string/label drop cycles, coordinate with localization vendors, and track delivery across active repos and projects — flagging risks early and escalating as needed

+ Serve as a localization point of contact for assigned product teams

+ Support engineer onboarding to localization workflows and file handling best practices

+ Follow through on open items end-to-end, including following up on unacknowledged PRs, pending vendor responses, and outstanding stakeholder decisions

+ Support in-context testing (ICT) to verify translated strings render correctly in live product UIs

+ Learn and work within existing TMS tooling, with opportunities to assist on tooling setup

+ Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing) on localization touchpoints
