Job Description
The Marketing Specialist supports firmwide marketing, business development, and visibility initiatives within a collaborative AEC (architecture, engineering, and construction) environment. This role focuses on coordinating and producing RFQ/RFP responses, marketing collateral, and interview materials while managing CRM data and contributing to go-to-market strategies across multiple market sectors. The position offers high visibility with firm leadership, exposure to strategic client acquisition processes, and a clear pathway to grow into marketing or proposal leadership roles.

+ Coordinate RFQ and RFP pursuits from end to end, including conducting research, organizing and scheduling Go/No-Go meetings, developing work plans, and managing all deadlines to ensure timely submission.
