Job Description

• Coordinate and oversee ACMV (Air Conditioning & Mechanical Ventilation) and ducting installation projects from start to completion
• Assist Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and monitoring project progress
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution
• Prepare and submit project documents, drawings, method statements, and reports
• Ensure works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and safety regulations
• Monitor site activities, manpower allocation, and material delivery
• Attend site meetings and prepare meeting minutes
• Track project timelines and highlight delays or issues for corrective action
