Job Responsibilities The Project Director - Landscape will have responsibility to deliver the designated project area or discipline within an approved budget and to ensure the project meets the financial objectives of Marina Bay Sands. Strategic Long-Lead Procurement Asset Sourcing: Direct the identification, tagging, and securing of specimen plant material and rare hardscape materials (stone, timber, etc.) from regional and international nurseries/suppliers. Supply Chain Resilience: Develop procurement timelines that account for biological growth cycles and global logistics to ensure site readiness. Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations for high-value supply contracts, ensuring quality guarantees and maintenance provisions are legally robust.
