Project Engineer – AV/Video Conference (VC) - Contract

Responsibilities We are looking for an Event Systems and Video Conferencing Project Engineer to support our new building project. This role will be responsible for managing project timelines, coordinating with vendors, and maintaining comprehensive project documentation.
This role requires the engineer to be hands‑on to configure AV/VC equipment.
Liaise with vendors to coordinate audio visual project delivery and on‑site technical support, equipment replacement, and issue resolution within required timelines.
Work with cabling and system vendors for cabling provision and site marking.
Monitor project progress, prepare weekly meeting reports.
Read and interpret system line diagrams and technical schematics, ensuring all installations follow the given standards.
Ensure that the fundamental network infrastructure meets AV and media setup requirements.
