Project Engineer (Construction)

Responsible for project engineering and coordination across assigned projects (new construction, renovation, upgrade, tenant improvement, or service scope), supporting internal teams, vendors, subcontractors, contractors, and customers to deliver strong customer satisfaction and financial results.

Essential Functions

+ Support the PM to deliver projects on schedule by coordinating scope/contract review, turnover, procurement, billing, subcontracting, installation, programming, and check-out; serve as a point of contact for customers and contractors and escalate technical issues as needed.


+ Maintain project documentation — control drawings, sequences of operation, points lists, RFIs, submittals, procurement and quality logs, field markups, As-Builts — within digital PM systems (e.g., Procore); manage document control, cost coding, budget tracking, and reporting.
