Project Engineer, Earthworks - Penlink

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Earthworks Project Engineer to join our high‑performing team on the Ō Mahurangi Penlink Alliance , one of Auckland's landmark transport projects in the heavy civil space. You will be part of a collaborative, site‑based team, leading bulk earthworks and associated civil construction to safely and efficiently meet programme, quality, environmental and cost targets.

This role is ideally suited to someone based on the North Shore or north of Auckland.

Responsibilities

• Manage teams and subcontractors in your work area, coordinating with other crews to optimise resources and productivity
• Plan and sequence the works, developing practical construction methodologies for all key activities
• Provide monthly cost‑to‑complete forecasts to the Commercial Manager, and progress estimates (percentage complete) to the Planner
