Project Engineer *High Rise Only*

Job Requirement Candidate must possess degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent. At least 5 years of working experience in the construction / property developer industry is required for this position. Experience in mix development, high rise residential, industry and commercial retail. Knowledge in legal and authority requirement will be additional advantage Good interpersonal and communication skill. Good command in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD Able to work under pressure and work independently with minimal supervision Able to liaise and coordinate between consultants, contractors and project team. Attend meetings with the consultants, authorities and customers Initiate and verify corrective actions as and when deemed necessary Liaise with Planning Department to prepare program of works and project cash flow.
