Project Engineer - Karachi

Job Purpose
To lead and deliver engineering projects at site, ensuring safe, compliant, and cost-effective execution aligned with Unilever standards and business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver CAPEX and improvement projects (process, utilities, civil, infrastructure, solar) on time and within budget.
Ensure strict adherence to Unilever Engineering, Quality, and EHS standards.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (QA, EHS, Procurement, Operations etc.)
Manage contractors and vendors, including installation and works execution.
Drive project planning, cost control, risk management, and reporting.
Lead commissioning, validation, and handover to operations.
Identify and implement continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives.
Maintain engineering documentation (drawings, SOPs, reports) and compliance records.
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Civil).
