•Planning and organising production schedules.
•Effective handling of 3 shifts production Planning and its implementation.
•Assessing project and resource requirements.
•Coordinate with different departments like sales, purchase, dispatch and logistics, HR and finance department.
•Ensuring that health and safety regulations are met.
•Determining quality control standards as per Overseeing production processes.
•Re-negotiating timescales or schedules as necessary with respective departments.
•Organising the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment using proper preventive maintenance schedule and policy
