Opportunity Description
- Manage project takeover and prepare project scope matrices.
- Review contracts, specifications, drawings, and customer requirements thoroughly.
- Prepare project Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and verify project scope requirements.
- Develop project schedules, milestones, and payment plans in line with contractual obligations.
- Prepare project budgets, cost estimates, manpower requirements, and resource allocation plans.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Production, Quality, and Logistics departments to ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct project risk assessments and develop mitigation plans.
- Plan manpower deployment and coordinate activities according to project priorities.
- Ensure projects are executed in accordance with approved budgets, schedules, and quality standards.
