Project Engineer-Utilities

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate utilities works related to roads and bridge projects
• Ensure project execution is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications and schedules
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors and authorities such as RTA and utility agencies
• Monitor site progress, productivity and quality of utilities works
• Resolve technical and site‑related issues to ensure smooth project execution
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, project procedures and authority requirements

Qualifications

• 7–8 years of experience in utilities work in Dubai
• Civil Engineering background is required
• Must have experience working on infrastructure projects, specifically roads and bridges
• RTA project experience is highly preferred
• UAE experience is mandatory
• Strong knowledge of utilities coordination and site execution
