Key Responsibilities
- Plan, scheduled, organized, controlled, and evaluated construction projects from start to finish according to schedule, specifications, and budget.
- Liaise closely with the design/engineering team and ensure the final design is timely developed and client approval is secured.
- Prepare technical data sheets, material submittals, shop drawings, method statements, requests for proposals, and other construction‑related correspondences and reports.
- Develop detailed project plans and regularly monitor actual progress against established schedules and budgets.
- Ensure that all the Company policies and procedures for ISO and OHSAS are strictly followed and maintained.
- Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs and ensure variation orders are communicated timely to the clients.
