Work closely with Defense Engineering functions (Performance, Systems, Avionics, Structures, Stress, Electrical, Interiors, Methods, Production, Quality, Certification) to produce integrated solutions aligned with customer requirements and to serve as the focal point for defense bids and proposals. Participate in program and project reviews with senior management to provide visibility to stakeholders. Lead internal, customer, and supplier technical reviews and meetings, ensuring intent is achieved and actions are documented and followed up.
