Job Summary
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Estimator to analyze project requirements and prepare accurate cost estimates. The Estimator plays a key role in budgeting, bidding, and project planning by evaluating materials, labor, equipment, and timelines to support informed decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Review project plans, specifications, and scope of work
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractors
- Analyze drawings, blueprints, and other documentation
- Solicit and evaluate vendor and subcontractor quotes
- Identify cost risks, assumptions, and value-engineering opportunities
- Maintain historical cost data and pricing databases
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and sales teams
