Key Responsibilities:
Support the planning, coordination, and execution of projects across multiple business functions from initiation through to completion
Work closely with project leads and cross-functional teams to ensure all project deliverables are met on time and within scope
Monitor project timelines, milestones, and progress, flagging risks and delays early to keep everything on track
Prepare clear and structured project documentation including plans, status updates, meeting minutes, and progress reports
Coordinate communication between internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to maintain alignment throughout the project lifecycle
Track project budgets, resources, and expenditures to support accurate financial reporting and cost management
Organise and facilitate project meetings, prepare agendas, record action items, and ensure timely follow-ups across all parties
