To control cost and manage risk in order to achieve or better the scheduled project margin. To inculcate the Quality, Health, Safety and Environment culture, systems and approaches in order to ensure company corporate standards are achieved or bettered, ensure compliance to local legislation and maintain Client Satisfaction.
