General Motors is seeking a **Project Lead, Technician Recruitment & Training Technology** to help shape the future of the technician career path and training experience. This role will lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of technology-enabled solutions that strengthen the technician talent pipeline, modernize training delivery, and improve retention of top-performing technicians.

This is a high-impact, cross-functional role within **Dealer Service & Warranty Operations (DSWO)** with responsibility for translating business needs into scalable solutions across recruitment, learning, training delivery, technician engagement, and retention.
