Project Leader (Gatineau)

ADGA is seeking an experienced Project Leader to support an upcoming initiative focused on the development of a Counter‑Uncrewed Aerial Systems (C-UAS) capability. This role will be instrumental in shaping and delivering a new capability for the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF), guiding the project from early concept through to deployment and sustainment. The Project Leader will support the development of project scope, cost, scheduling, and executive management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the development of the capacity requirements to deliver and sustain the C-UAS capability;
• Lead and support the development of the project scope, including lifecycle estimating and C‑UAS continuous capability sustainment;
• Support development of project and sustainment program cost estimates for C‑UAS capability;
