Job Overview

As a Logistics Project Manager (Tools) at United Rentals, you will lead and support large projects to ensure they run smoothly and efficiently, optimizing customer service. You are the onsite project lead who will coordinate equipment and staffing logistics and serve as the primary customer contact throughout the project.

Responsibilities

• Manage project logistics team day‑to‑day activities, including scheduling, equipment setup/deployment, and breakdown.
• Provide leadership and supervision to consistently deliver world‑class service to external customers at the project site.
• Motivate, coach, and train Service Technicians and other onsite employees to exceed customer commitments and expectations while complying with site policies, procedures, and customer requirements.
