**The Role:**

+ Lead and develop a global project management organization overseeing internal programs and CDMO partnerships from early development through commercial supply
+ Define and execute global supply chain and logistics strategies to ensure a cost-efficient and reliable flow of goods across CDMO networks
+ Manage strategic partnerships, including key accounts and contracts with regional and global third-party providers
+ Collaborate cross-functionally with senior leadership to align supply chain, logistics, and project strategies with overall business objectives
+ Coordinate global and local development and lifecycle management activities to ensure seamless integration with development and manufacturing programs

**Skills and Experience:**

+ Bachelor’s degree (preferably in business); MBA or advanced degree preferred
+ 10+ years of supply chain experience, including leadership and oversight of technical teams (cGMP/GDP environment)
