This role ensures that all production processes run smoothly, deadlines are met, and the highest quality standards are maintained from design to final delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and communication skills, as well as experience with tracking systems and production flow optimization.

• Plan and coordinate all stages of jewelry production from prototyping to final packaging.
