Project Manager – Water

Key Duties:  Manage the design of drinking water facility projects (water mains up to 84” in diameter, drinking water storage facilities, drinking water treatment plant improvements, site facilities, etc), including formulation of project scope, preparation of requests for qualifications, reviewing/selecting engineering consultants, and finalizing scope and fee. Oversee the design of the project. Complete plan reviews, provide input into design, keep the designer on scope, oversee permitting of the project, and maintain schedule.  Manage the bidding of drinking water projects to contractors. This will include conducting pre-bid informational meetings with contractors and addressing contractor questions during bidding.
