Responsibilities
- Lead and manage projects from concept to handover
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and authorities
- Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources
- Ensure compliance with contractual, technical, and regulatory requirements
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Manage stakeholder communication and reporting
- Oversee project performance, progress, and quality standards
- Ensure alignment with client expectations and consultancy standards
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
- 18 to 25 Years of Experience
- Strong PMC / Consultancy Background
- High-Rise Building Experience
- UAE/GCC Experience Preferred
- PMP Certification is an Advantage
- Strong Leadership & Stakeholder Management Skills
