Opportunity Description
Responsibilities
- Manage AMC contracts for fire alarm and fire fighting systems
- Plan and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities
- Coordinate with clients regarding service schedules, complaints and emergency call-outs
- Lead service engineers, technicians and supervisors
- Ensure compliance with UAE Civil Defense requirements and NFPA standards
- Monitor contract performance, service reports and KPI achievements
- Prepare maintenance schedules and manpower deployment plans
- Review inspection reports and recommend corrective actions
- Manage spare parts inventory and procurement requirements
- Attend client meetings and provide technical support
- Ensure timely renewal of AMC contracts and identify business opportunities
