Opportunity Description
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of assigned banking projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives, timelines, and governance standards
- Serve as the primary point of contact between consulting firm, client stakeholders, and third-party vendors to ensure smooth execution
- Develop and maintain project plans, scope, schedules, and resource allocation in coordination with client teams
- Monitor progress, manage risks and issues, and implement corrective actions to ensure successful delivery
- Facilitate project meetings, steering committee sessions, and provide progress updates to internal and client management
- Oversee solution design, testing, and deployment phases, ensuring quality and alignment with objectives
- Support change management and stakeholder communication initiatives
