A Snapshot of Your Day

As a Project Manager Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the Execution PM team responsible for delivering power transformer projects for customers in the United States. Your day involves coordinating project information, maintaining clear communication across internal and external stakeholders, ensuring all technical and commercial requirements are properly captured, and helping move projects through each milestone, from handover to project closure. You will work closely with factories, engineering teams, logistics, commercial PMs, and execution PMs to ensure projects stay on track regarding schedule, documentation, change requests, testing, shipment, and customer satisfaction.
