The AIR (Autonomous Inspection Robot) program is the first robotics deployment in service operations: autonomous depot inspection robots that replace repetitive visual checks, improve traceability and reduce missed defects. It's already funded and running, with trial sites in Bangkok and Singapore . Success means adoption on the floor not just a technical demo.

• Finance: Run a simple, reliable budget dashboard. Track costs and forecasts, manage overruns, and flag issues to leadership early.
• Governance: Set up the right meetings, execute RACI, and decision/action tracking. Keep it lean and decision focused.
• Communication: Tailor updates for field teams, finance, suppliers, and executives. Drive engagement, not just reporting.
