Summary: The Project Manager-Civil will be responsible for overseeing civil construction projects, specifically focusing on mid-rise to high-rise commercial and residential buildings. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project management, knowledge of UAE/GCC authorities, and proficiency in project control methodologies.
Responsibilities- Manage full-cycle project control including programme, cost, risk, and contracts, with a preference for FIDIC standards.
- Oversee the delivery of mid-rise to high-rise projects, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Utilize UAE/GCC authority knowledge to navigate regulations and requirements from entities such as DM, Trakhees, Civil Defence, and DEWA.
