Project Manager, Commercial Construction (18-Month Contract)

Position Overview

This role is located at our Yonge Eglinton office and reports to the Senior Project Manager, Commercial Construction. This position is responsible for the oversight and supervision of Construction projects for RioCan’s Commercial Construction group and supports the advancement of projects through municipal approvals.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders; Asset Management, Property Management, Leasing, Procurement, Contractors, Consultants, Designers, Architects, Municipalities and Tenants on various projects;
• Manage and/or support projects to obtain Zoning Amendments / Site Plan Approval / Variances as required;
• Have and maintain knowledge of Municipal processes leading to planning related approvals and permissions.
