Project Manager (Construction - Contractor, Interior, Architecture)

Job Description

- Plan, manage, and oversee all stages of project execution including schedule, budget, quality, and human resources
- Coordinate and liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal project teams
- Prepare and monitor the project budget plan, including Bill of Quantities and Budget Estimate
- Lead project progress meetings and prepare periodic reports for management
- Manage project risks and develop mitigation solutions
- Supervise on-site quality of interior works, wall treatments, custom furniture, and signage/branding installations
- Handle project handover processes and manage milestone/progress billing to clients
- Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) standards across all project sites

Job Requirement

- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering
- Minimum Conversational level of English proficiency
