Hire Resolve's client, an independent logistics company is searching for an experienced Project Manager to join their team in Dubai, must be a South African citizen.

????????????????: Understand client requirements and perform quantity take-offs based on marking and RCP drawings. Prepare BOQ by analyzing specification sheets and identifying discrepancies between BOQ, drawings, and contract conditions. Monitor and control costs throughout the project, identifying cost-saving opportunities. Participate in pre-tender activities with clients, architects, and project managers, raising relevant pre-bid queries. Prepare initial quotes and contracts in coordination with the sales team.
