Project Manager | CRM & Digital Platforms Transformation

We're looking for a
Project Manager
to lead large-scale digital transformation initiatives focused on modernising CRM platforms and web-based systems. You'll drive end-to-end delivery from strategy to execution; working across cross-functional teams to implement
AI-powered customer experience solutions
and scalable digital platforms.
What You'll Do
Lead delivery of
CRM transformation & web platform projects
from initiation to deployment Manage migration from legacy systems to
modern AI-powered SaaS solutions Establish project governance, timelines, and reporting frameworks Coordinate cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, UX, Vendors) Oversee development of
internet-facing applications
(e.g. portals, knowledge systems, self-service platforms) Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies Manage budgets, resources, and vendor relationships Drive
change management & user adoption , including training and transition to BAU
