Key Responsibilities Lead and manage projects from concept through to completion , ensuring successful delivery within scope, schedule, and budget. Oversee full project lifecycle including conceptual design, detailed engineering, procurement, construction, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and handover . Manage installation of pipelines, piping systems, process equipment, structural steel, and associated civil, electrical & instrumentation (E&I), and communication systems . Provide strong technical leadership to effectively direct project teams and subcontractors . Ensure compliance with international standards, codes, and best practices .
